Rage started out in 1988 as Rage Sportswear, while Jon Colby and good friend Eric Tema of Honolulu attended the University of Colorado. We designed and printed tee shirts, boxer shorts, hoodies and decorative glassware for sororities, fraternities and CU club sports. Our first break came when Eric’s girlfriend landed an internship with a large advertising firm in Denver. She called us in when they were in a pinch and needed several logo products supplied quickly. They needed one each of a branded Frisbee, coffee mug, tote bag, tee shirt and ball cap for a Mile High City campaign photo shoot. We managed to figure out how to produce these custom items in less than 1 week.We developed an excellent rapport with this agency and soon landed an order for 25,000 tee shirts for Viadent toothpaste!

Soon after Eric moved back to Hawaii, Chris Exk came aboard and that was the beginning of things to come for Rage & where we would carve out our niche for extreme customer service.

Realizing that we can brand any promotional product in the world, we changed our name to Rage Unlimited. We’ve grown to be in the top echelon of our industry and now have clients throughout the world including the Maldives, Istanbul, Doha, Hong Kong, Seoul, London, Ireland, NYC, L.A, New Orleans, Miami and more.
